Counselling resource is a certified health information website where you can take psychological self-tests and quizzes, check symptoms of common disorders, look up medications, compare types of counselling and psychotherapy, or learn about secure online therapy.
Mindfulness is a mind-body approach to well-being that can help you change the way you think about experiences and reduce stress, anxiety and overcome recurrent bouts of depression.
